Our Services
Skills2Job provides skill-based education and career placement services including BBA + Practical Finance degree programs (in partnership with Shobhit University), GST & Taxation training, SAP (FICO/MM) certification, industry skill development courses (Tally, Excel, Power BI, SAP), career counselling, placement assistance, 1-Year internship facilitation, and mock interviews and resume building support.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with appropriate notice to enrolled students.

Eligibility
To enroll in our programs, you must be at least 17 years of age, have completed 10+2 from a recognized board (for degree programs), and provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. You must not be enrolled simultaneously in a conflicting full-time program without prior disclosure to us.
Specific courses may have additional eligibility requirements mentioned on their respective course pages. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet the required criteria.

User Account & Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use, and keeping your contact information up to date at all times.
⚠️ Sharing your account credentials with others or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
Fees & Payment Policy
All fees are clearly communicated before enrollment. By enrolling, you agree that all fees are payable as per the agreed schedule, EMI options are available subject to approval, fees once paid are non-refundable except under our Refund Policy, and late payment may result in temporary suspension of access to course materials. Fees may be revised but revisions will not affect students already enrolled at the previous rate.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

User Conduct
All students and users are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment. You agree NOT to engage in harassment or abusive behaviour toward staff or fellow students, share or distribute any course content without written permission, use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, submit false documents or misrepresent qualifications, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any form of academic dishonesty including cheating or plagiarism.
⚠️ Violation of any conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform without any refund.

Placement Policy
Skills2Job actively connects students with hiring partners. Placement assistance is conditional on satisfactory completion of the course and all internal assessments. We do not guarantee specific salary packages or job titles. Students must clear internal skill-tests to access our placement network, and internship availability depends on corporate partner schedules and available openings.
📌 Our placement assurance applies to students who meet all assessment benchmarks and complete the full program. Full terms are discussed in detail during counselling.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for excellence, Skills2Job makes no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that results will meet your specific expectations, or that all content is free from inaccuracies at all times. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be immediately revoked, pending fees remain payable as agreed, and certificates will not be issued for incomplete programs. You may also terminate your enrollment at any time by contacting us in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before seeking legal remedies.
